There are few sea creatures more exciting to spot out in the wild than the elusive sea turtle. This one is a precious little creature, with intricate color work on the back of her shell, she could be made in any colors your heart desires and still look absolutely wonderful.

The sea turtle is knitted in the round and flat on size US 5 double pointed needles from worsted weight yarns in green, white, and brown. As with all Yarnigans patterns, the sea turtle can be sized up or down by using thicker or thinner yarn and appropriately sized needles. Gauge is not important, but you want your stitches to be tight enough that your stuffing doesn’t show.
